OUR PEOPLE

Andria graduated from the University of Westminster in 2009 and obtained an LLB (Hons) in Law. She then obtained an LLM Master’s Degree in International Law from the University of Westminster in 2011. 

She was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012 and co-founded the Firm in 2018 after 6 years of practicing law as an associate lawyer at two of the leading litigation Law Firms in Larnaca and Cyprus in general. 

Her practice focuses on civil litigation with specialisation in family, commercial, banking and bankruptcy and insolvency law. 

Her academic background has provided for her to deal with international disputes, jurisdiction issues and matters concerning international criminal law and the law of the sea. 

Recent work:

• Andria successfully participated in the successful restructuring and settlement of cases between clients and leading Banking Institutions concerning debts amounting to over 8 million Euro.
• Andria recently advised a multi-million dollar Company regarding the legal framework of Cyprus for delivery and courier services.
• She handled the drafting, review and finalisation of a variety of employment contracts concerning drivers and on site employees for the operation of the Cyprus Department of one of the most up and coming tech and transportation Companies in Europe.  
• She participated in proceedings regarding the eviction of a tenant and obtained a Court Order for the charging of immovable property valued at over 2 million Euro, as security for the execution of judgment in favour of the Firm’s clients.   
• She represented clients in transactions regarding the sale and purchase of properties valued at over 2.5 million Euro in total.
